Additional Event Information

This is now the 13th year we have run this show in the large International Outdoor Arena. The show is open to anyone: you can be in a Club or just a group of friends. Everyone is welcome. INDIVIDUALS can enter and where possible will be added to teams. The intention of the show is to have a great day, run on time, and give great value for money. To that end we shall be running under Pony Club Rules which allows for three disobediences – stops, circles etc – and for you to remount after a fall if you are fit to carry on. Each class involves jumping in TWO SEPARATE RINGS at different times, at the same heights, both rings will be run Single Phase giving the chance to jump all the fences on the course and even if you are eliminated in one ring you can still jump in the other ring and your score can count. There will be approximately 12 fences in each ring, the combined fastest three times in each separate ring counting for each team’s final score. There will be a time slot for you to walk the course in your second ring after you have jumped in your first ring, so you do not need to remember two courses. Teams of 3 or 4 members will compete consecutively at the team’s allotted time in each ring. Horses/ponies may only compete once in a class but can compete in a maximum of two classes.
