Additional Event Information

Our Spring/Summer a Flatwork Masterclass series will be running from New Gap Farm, Heywood on various dates in the coming months. It's time to get those dressage moves polished and those showing routines perfected! Paul has a diverse background in all aspects of equestrian sport; having been trained by Grand Prix dressage rider Angela Crane, he has also had prolific wins in the showing arena with hacks, riding horses and M&M's. He is regularly seen judging at all levels and has competed and trained horses at various stages of eventing during his time as Competition Livery Manager for Eric Winter (London 2012 and Badminton 2017 Course Designer). Paul is a registered BHS Accredited Professional Coach and is fully DBS checked, giving you peace of mind and guaranteeing a high standard of teaching. Paul enjoys working with different combinations, whether they be newly established or well developed, and seeks to ensure all riders maintain a calm and empathetic approach to training. Because of his experience across both showing and dressage, Paul presents a calm and rational approach to training in order to get the most out of both horse and rider. These sessions are open to all comers, whether they be novice or advanced, youngsters or mature horses. Paul will work with each horse and rider to set goals and strives to develop confidence and ability with every partnership. Lessons will be conducted in groups on a surfaced outdoor arena. Group sessions are being held at a cost of 25.00 per rider inclusive of arena hire fee. Lessons must be paid for in advance and slots are non-refundable. Tea/coffee will be provided.
