Additional Event Information

Go Jumping Clinic @ WHW Glenda Spooner farm Max 4 in a group Approximately 1 hour (afternoon sessions) 30 Alice provides and interesting in sight from a Veterinary Physiotherapists point of view and has a unique way of looking at the horse and rider partnership. Alice has previously worked on various commercial yards teaching horses and riders of different levels and ability's and had various young horses producing them up to Elementary and BE100 level (aiming for Novice this season!). She believes riding should be fun at what ever level you choose, whether you want to go out eventing or hack round the countryside. Alice loves to facilitate a happy, fun and understanding horse and rider relationship through both physiotherapy and teaching. World Horse Welfare Glenda Spooner Farm is a lovely indoor venue with toilets, cafe and viewing area and is very popular with supportive grooms! GO JUMPING CLINIC By popular demand, I have added dates for a jumping clinic! The clinic is aimed at anyone who wants to have a go at jumping in a fun friendly and supportive environment where you will be encouraged but not pushed out of your comfort zone. The session will start with simple pole exercises and focus on rider position and horse education with tips to help keep jumping safe and fun. We will then progress on to a simple jumping exercise which will be easily adaptable in height and difficulty to suit everyone's needs. **********IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*********** Groups will be matched on ability but all riders must be able to ride competently and safely at trot in open order. You can choose what you jump, come and have fun without any worries at all!! You must wear a body protector for the jump clinic and neck straps are advised. Clinic's are open to over 14's but I will do an under 14's jumping group if there is enough interest so do make yourselves known. Times will be emailed no less than 5 days prior to the event you MUST check your times and contact Alice if you do not receive them. Places are confirmed with payment via BACS or EQUO *AND* a completed booking form which should be emailed to [email protected]
