Lovely family day out up in the mid wales hills. 13km route with a possible shorter route for children. A wide variety of jumps all around the course all of which are optional. From little logs on the ground up to stone walls. Spectacular views from many parts of the route. Food and drink available on return to the start field. Rossettes for participants. Entries from 10am until 12 pm. Adults £17 runners and children under 16 £12 (£2 of which covers first aid) under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. All dogs to be kept on leads.
