Confidence Clinic for anyone with any kind of nervous/ confidence issue. Discover why you get nervous/ lose confidence (psychologically & physiologically) & learn techniques that will allow you to overcome your issues. Suitable if you are an occasional weekend rider through to a serious competitor. A variety of techniques will be demonstrated throughout the day, so you can find out what works for you. The day is classroom based (no horses will be involved) using NLP, hypnosis and time line therapy techniques. We will also discuss why setting goals are so important & how to making them personal & compelling to you. By the end of the clinic you will start to think & feel differently. Cost is �45 early bird to be paid at least one prior to the event (�55 after) & includes hot drinks through the day. Numbers are strictly limited.
