Additional Event Information

This gentle Walk & Trot ride starts in the pretty village of Warter and follows lanes and bridleways, with great views and - we hope! - the impressive forms of Red Kites soaring over the fields and hills. The route is around 5.5 miles long and is perfect if you or your horse are not yet used to hacking out, or need to get fitter. Led by Janet Cochrane. Max. group size 6, entry fee 30, to include light refreshments after the ride. Starts 10 am. Contact organiser for further details and entry form. NB. about three-quarters of the route is on quiet country lanes, with one short section near the start which can be slightly busier. Please ask if in doubt.
