Additional Event Information

For the first time at Keysoe Equestrian Centre this March, there is an evening extravaganza celebrating horses and their abilities. The horses and riders will demonstrate how they are schooled in the art of war in order to joust and fight with lance and sword. Step back in time and see how the modern day dressage horse was formed in a rare opportunity to find out how these brave horses learn to joust and discover the purpose of the dressage movements you’re already familiar with. You will see steel armour and swords up close and have the rare opportunity to learn about, and witness, a full 13th Century tournament. This means many knights jousting at the same time, with no barrier between the horses! You will have the chance to meet the magnificent horses and their knights, to ask any questions or even take a picture! For all bookings please use this link:
