Enjoy fields, tracks and beautiful countryside with optional jumps There will be a long route, approx 12 miles and a shorter route for children/young horses approx 5 milles. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we will be running with timed starts between 9.30am and 12 noon. Pre-booked, pre-paid only. Groups of up to 6. *Rosettes and goody bags for all. *BBQ and refreshments *Sorry, no loos are avaliable on site. Social distancing along with Government guidelines will be followed at all times You will be allocated a time and number- published on this page on Friday 11th September If you would like to ride as a group but are entering seperately, please put the names of who you would like to ride with in the 'comments' box. Prices £16 for adults £10 for 16 & under Under 10's FREE Terms and Conditions Please read before completing the Entry Form To adhere to current Government Guidelines and ensure there are is adequate space between participants please indicate on the entry form an approximate time you would like to start between 9.30am and 12pm. Please also state, on the form, whether you will be riding at an Active Pace or a more Leisurely Pace. Numbers must be printed and worn by all Riders. Times must be adhered to. Children aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult A Hard Hat must be worn by all riders when mounted. It is recommended that this is of BS safety standard with a secure chin strap. Body protectors are recommended. Suitable footwear, with a heel, must be worn. No trainers or gumboots. Riders are advised to take mobile phones with them Please stay on the route and respect the land. Take any litter home. Please SHUT any closed gates after you. Riders need to be aware that there may be walkers, cyclists and other riders using the same bridleways on the public stretches of land. Our riders do not have any higher privileges than any other user. NB There will be a professional photographer on the course. If you do not want your picture taken please put a note on the Entry Form. Cancellation and Refunds: ● In the event of cancellation, due to inclement weather, Covid 19 any other unavoidable reason a refund will be made after deducting irrecoverable expenses and sending a donation to the D&S Air Ambulance. Details will be published on TVFH website. ● No refund will be made for cancellation by the participant after 7th September unless a doctor’s form or veterinary certificate is submitted.
