Warminster Downlands Equestrian Centre Hilary Vernon has her own Range of Bits under her label Informed Designs . She has over the last 15years worked as an independent Bitting Clinician travelling over the U.K and parts of Europe lecturing and demonstrating on the art of Bitting. In her talk with us she will speak about: *General considerations before we think of changing the bit *The conformation of the Horses mouth *How conventional Bits work. *How to understand Resistance. *How to access the structure of your Horse's mouth. *How to fit Bits and Combination Bits. *How to select the right bit for your Horse. *How to transition him into his new bit successfully. COST FOR TALK ONLY £5 After the talk Hilary will be doing pre-booked consultations to assess your horses bitting and work through any bitting issues. This will take place in the indoor school.
