R Classes are restricted to combinations not to have been placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in any ODE at the same height or to have competed in British Eventing Horse Trials.
PRIZES: Rosettes to 10th place in each class and prizes in kind as available
A Perpetual Shield will be presented at the AGM to the highest placed Tetcott Subscriber
(Where a tie takes place the greater height class will take precedence).

Entries Close: Friday 24th July 2020 and will be strictly limited. No refunds after close of entries, but substitution will be allowed in the same class. Any late entries accepted/received after Friday 24th July will be �10 extra and must be paid at the time of entry.

In the event of poor weather please make enquiries to 07968 602770. The SJ & XC Course should be open for walking by 3pm Saturday 1st August 2020. The SJ course will not change only the heights.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PRECAUTIONS: Please use your own number bib and print your own number. Please text 07968 602770 with any withdrawals before and on the day of the event. No need to declare with Secretary but please present to the dressage steward in good time. Please park at least 10m distance away from other vehicles and maintain 1.5m distance from others at all times unless they are a member of your household.
RULES:
The event will be judged under BE rules for One Day Events unless specified differently below. The organisers reserve the right to combine or separate classes. Anyone mounted must wear a crash hat, with no fixed peak to the minimum standard PAS 015, BSEN 1384, SEI or ASTM, with a harness properly adjusted and fastened. Body Protectors and medical armbands are mandatory for the cross country phase. The use of a stop watch on the cross country phase is allowed. No horse may compete in more than one class. If a competitor is eliminated showjumping (unless on a technicality), they must seek the secretary/showjump judge�s permission to continue onto the cross country phase. 3 refusals at any one fence or a total of 4 on the cross country course will result in elimination. Riders must then leave the course at a walk avoiding interference with other competitors. Please do not skip out trailers/lorries on to show grounds. Any complaints should be submitted in writing and accompanied by a deposit of �25
HEALTH AND SAFETY Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
LEGAL LIABILITY Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
