Additional Event Information

One of our longer and more adventurous rides, this 15-mile route takes you from Bilsdale up across Urra Moor to the highest point in the National Park, Round Hill (454m). The route includes part of the Cleveland Way, and the views are fantastic - especially as the heather should be in full bloom. We stop for refreshments at the Lordstones Cafe. Some of the tracks are a bit stony but the going is mostly good. There will be hills to go up and down, but also level sections. The ride will be led by Bill Tait and Mel Mellor. Entry fee 30, including a drink, max. group size 5. NB the ride may be shortened if weather conditions are poor. Please contact us for entry form.
