Starting at the former Arkle Moor Trekking Centre, this 8-mile route crosses open moorland in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with a couple of lovely uphill canters. It involves a small amount of road-work as it�s a short hack to the village, and you cross from one moor to the other. It includes a steep section, so your horse needs to be fit! There are breath-taking views in all directions: you really feel on top of the world on this ride. The ride is led by Lucy Sterry. Entry fee �30, start time 10.30.
