Approximately 12 miles long this route has a little of everything to offer. Passing through the scenic Osmaston estate views across the parkland can be enjoyed before moving onto bridleways following the Bonnie Prince Charlie March. Long grassland stretches offer great canter opportunities and points of note along the way include everything from racetracks to watermills!
Worth noting:
Some roadwork is necessary to interconnect bridleways. This is mainly on small country lanes but there may be some HGV traffic on one section particularly on a weekday.
Bridleways pass through pastureland which may contain livestock.
Occasional light aircraft movements are likely near to the parking location.
Parking is by kind permission of Airways Airsports Darley Moor Airfield and is included in the ride price. A cafe and toilets are available onsite.
All riders must have their own BHS gold or equivalent public liability insurance and all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on the ride.
Group sizes are limited to 6+guide. Payment of 35 per person secures your place on the ride. Bookings can be made using the following link: https://app.squarespacescheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=23071415&appointmentType=23210194
