Would you like to improve you posture, balance, core without worrying about how your horse is going? Are you coming back from an injury, a prolonged period of time away from riding or just want to have a go? These sessions are ideal for you. 30 min sessions will take you through all paces and give you the opportunity to use the mirrors to see if that shoulder is dropping, or you are moving your hips. Sessions will be coached by Jo Rawlins BHS APC level 3 coach Please arrive ready for you sessions with hat and boots on to enable the sessions to start promptly.
