A new 10-mile ride for 2024, starting from a farm near Hovingham. The ride heads north for a long canter up the ancient track along Caulkley's Bank, steeply down into Stonegrave with its ancient Minster, and via lanes and tracks to the pretty village of Hovingham, where we cross a ford before continuing back to the start point. The ride is mostly on lanes and bridleways with short stretches on a slightly busier road, so your horse must be good in traffic. Max group size 6 people, led by Janet Cochrane. Entry fee �32, starts 10 am. Please contact us for booking and details.
