Additional Event Information

Join us for a fun, relaxed, and welcoming Working Equitation Clinic with Sally Bell ** You'll be part of a small, supportive group at Sally's lovely private yard, where the atmosphere is calm and encouraging. No matter your horse's type, your age, or your experience level, everyone is invited to take part ** Working Equitation is a wonderful discipline that celebrates the harmony between horse and rider as they navigate practical tasks inspired by traditional ranch and farm work ** A little more about Working Equitation ** Working Equitation grew from the long history of horses being trained for real working environments, farming, herding, and handling varied terrain. Although often associated with Iberian breeds, the sport is open to every type of horse, and here in the UK you'll see an amazing variety taking part ** Today, the discipline has evolved into a refined and elegant sport that still honours its roots. It blends precision, partnership, and agility, all while showcasing the horse's temperament and training, the rider's skill, and the connection between them ** The sport is made up of three phases: Dressage - demonstrating harmony and correctness * Ease of Handling - navigating obstacles with accuracy and confidence * Speed - completing the course with fluidity and pace ** Working Equitation is a brilliant way to deepen your partnership with your horse, try something new, and enjoy a supportive learning environment.
